Scope:    Manuel F. Lizcano was the mechanical -electrical engineer for the Restoration & Renovation of the 19th Century Nave in 1975, the Restoration and Renovation of the 18th Century Sanctuary in 1976, the and the Priest Quarters in 1976 with Ford, Powell and Carson Architects.  The Addition to the San Fernando Rectory with Morkovsky + Associates in 1988 and again with Ford Powell and Carson in 1998 in a systems assessment report. In 1999 we are the ME team member for Rafferty Rafferty Tollefson Architects, Fisher Heck Architects and Sprinkle Robey Architects in a Master Plan Project for San Fernando Cathedral Historic Restoration & Expansion. This master plan The Cathedral Historic Restoration, The Cathedral Centre and the Cathedral Community Centre. Construction Documents for the Cathedral Historic Restoration, and The Cathedral Centre were prepared by Rafferty Rafferty Tollefson Architects and  Fisher Heck Architects with Lizcano Consulting Engineers as Mechanical – Electrical Consultants.
