Manuel F. Lizcano, P.E. is the founder of Lizcano Consulting Engineers Inc. and is the Principal in charge of Engineering. Mr. Lizcano has over 45 years in the building industry. He received his first hands on experiences of building systems in his father's construction company. He established his technical and disciplinary structure through his college years. His 10 year employment in a mechanical and electrical engineering firm developed his expertise in the application of the technical principles to the design and installation of mechanical and electrical systems in a very broad spectrum of applications. As Director of Engineering at the architectural firm of Ford Powell and Carson for seven years, Mr. Lizcano learned an appreciation for architectural excellence and the importance of the sensitive integration of the engineering systems into the architectural concepts.
